  • Product: competition analysis, brand architecture definition, new collections launch, collections performance per product theme/segment/gender at a global and local level monitoring, best sellers analysis and assortments composition and evaluation;
  • Price: global pricing strategies in the wholesale channels, collections price definition, collection analysis by price tier;
  • Distribution: distribution strategy in wholesale channels; Trade & product sell-in supporting tools development; product in-store presence supporting tools definition and development; exclusive collections and avant-premieres definition & management both offline and online; sell-in analysis; incentives & training activities to push product sell-in & sell-out management;
  • Communication: media plan strategies and priorities countries definition with focus on new social media; trade events, international PR events and visibility activities planning and organization.
