. Developing Reports and Tickets as per Client Requirement.
· Development of cognos Reports using IBM cognos Tool.
· Provide ongoing internal reporting of performance measures and service levels.
· Promote service improvements on an ongoing basis to continually improve the quality of services delivered and customer satisfaction.
· Preparing Detailed Documentation of the Developed Reports for Future References.
· Working on the Comments Received from the Client If any changes Required.
· Develop, implement and/or improve the application production support knowledge management repository to ensure all are documented, process & procedures are clear and periodic reviews are conducted.
· Provide support to the business during day-to-day activities and ad-hoc requests.
· Co-ordinate offshore development and manage day to day activities.
· Maintain documentation of production schedules, production run-books, and assist in documenting operational best practices.
· Ensure that all facets of the Operations Command Center are executed by approved procedural documentation.
· Perform code migration to the production environment.
· Assists in post-implementation and continuous-improvement efforts to enhance performance and improve future outcomes
· Work on ITIL concepts like (Incident management, Change management and Problem management).
