In JD, I worked as sales assistant, so I took care of the costumer service by kindly welcome every client, where I tried my best to satisfy their needs. In JD we had to reach daily sales goals which I always did thank to my determination and willpower which landed me to being able to sell even more than what I had to as I specifically worked in the footwear area where I had to sell not only shoes but also products to clean them. Of course, knowing languages such as English, Spanish, Chinese and a little bit of French made me performance better and helped me to make foreign client feel truly understood and listened to, which I think that is really important for every store.
In Mango, I had to take care not only of the costumer service but also of the management and the cleaning of every department of the store, as well as managing the dressing rooms area where I was in charge to keep everything clean and to make the clients respect the main rules of that area so that there could me a comfortable atmosphere both for the clients and for us.
My internship lasted 150 hours during which I took care of the procedures of the twinning that the municipality has with countries such as French and Spain, where I acted like I was their mediator.
