I have over 20 years of executive experience in the fashion, luxury, and lifestyle industries. During my 15-year tenure in consulting, I successfully led more than 30 international projects, assisting fashion and luxury brands in achieving sustainable growth and expanding their reach to new audiences. Throughout my career, I have consistently prioritized products and consumers, both in my roles as a consultant and as an executive.
I oversee the Collection and Retail Merchandising divisions to optimise the product journey for our customers.
In 2021, I began working with Bally as a Consultant and later became an Executive. During my time there, I oversaw the reorganization of the company's processes, including the recruitment of an Artistic Director and the restructuring of the Creative, Products and Merchandising Departments.
