  • My internship experience was characterized by a combination of practical and research activities, aimed at developing innovative solutions in the field of nutraceuticals, with a particular emphasis on process optimization and the application of advanced analysis methodologies. Main activities and responsibilities included:
  • OPTIMIZATION OF EXTRACTION CONDITIONS, where I was involved in the design and execution of experiments to improve the efficiency of the extraction process;
  • CHEMICAL ANALYSIS OF FOOD, where my responsibility included the quantitative and qualitative evaluation of chemical components, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards;
  • ADVANCED INSTRUMENTAL TECHNIQUES, where I used advanced analytical instruments such as HPLC, mass spectrometer and other instrumental techniques for the accurate analysis of samples.
