• CRAH (Computer Room Air Handler) cooling systems: Modeled the CRAH cooling system in Revit, including chilled water piping and equipment connections. Created custom families for valves, filters, and flanges based on technical datasheets. Prepared detailed drawing sheets.
• Sprinkler System: Modeled the sprinkler system layout in Revit, ensuring accurate coordination of piping, fittings, and sprinkler heads according to project specifications.
• Aspirating Smoke Detection (ASD) System: Modeled ASD pipework for both above-ceiling and below-ceiling installations in Revit. Developed custom families for associated fire alarm devices based on technical specifications.
• Underground services: Low voltage containments: Modeled conduits for low voltage containment systems.Performed clash detection and resolved interferences by modifying conduit layouts and routing to ensure full coordination with other underground services.
• Rainwater Sewage System: Modeled rainwater drainage piping systems in Revit and created custom manhole families based on technical datasheets.
