PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
_Achieve profit and SoM targets by defining, developing and implementing customer focused plans
_Negotiate with an outstanding win-win approach to guarantee smooth agreements
_Seek creative solutions via data-driven and insights to adjust the strategy, anticipate challenges and catch stretch goals
_Coordinate MH field team to ensure flawless in-store execution
_Analyze and monitor sell-out, pricing, volume and value SoM, and share findings, insights and recommendations
_Identify opportunities to grow business increasing revenue by pricing and mix, managing customer P&L
_Provide accurate volume and cost planning
_Facilitate smooth integration of social, e-com, website, search with in-store and media
_Work closely with Marketing, Retail Execution, Finance, Planning to influence activation plans and create opportunities
_Build trust and maintain the highest engagement level both on internal and external stakeholders
_Lead and mentor junior account managers and support staff, ignite and foster a collaborative team environment
_Drive the Change being champion in Diversity and Inclusion and leading “Be Courageous, Foster Creativity and Build Trust” project
