- With the merge of FCA and PSA and the born of Stellantis, I started to work exclusively for General Assembly Dept. assuming furthermore the role of referent for equipment purchasing. My collaboration with the Global Purchasing Dept., goes from the Capex Leveraging to the Global Purchasing Strategies and the Suppliers management. In this role I obtained savings around 10% on purchases.

- I created and managed this new office by implementing new methodology and new work process in collaboration with Technological Areas( Body in White, General Assembly, Paint) and Purchasing Departments managing the most important suppliers. I was also responsible for cross-regional activities (always related to the cost engineering) to be accomplished in collaboration with other departments in other regions (NAFTA, APAC and LATAM). In this role I obtained savings for the Manufacturing Dept. around 8% of the yearly budget.
- From September 2015, I assumed the responsibility of the Study Hours office managing this process for all Manufacturing Engineering Departments thanks to a new method implemented.
