I initially started in an office-based role to familiarize myself with the project, gaining a solid understanding of its scope, requirements, and the specific needs of all involved stakeholders. This role allowed me to build a strong foundation of project knowledge, which was essential for my smooth transition. In July 2024, I moved into the full-time Site Manager position, where I took on the responsibility of coordinating and supervising installation teams on-site. My role involved closely monitoring the daily activities of the teams, ensuring all tasks were completed on schedule and in accordance with the project's quality standards.

In addition to overseeing on-site activities, I also managed site planning and scheduling as a Planner, creating detailed timelines and ensuring the efficient flow of tasks. I was responsible for identifying potential bottlenecks and proactively resolving issues to maintain a steady pace of work. My role required a high level of organization, multitasking, and prioritization to ensure all phases of the project were completed in a timely and efficient manner.

I regularly led meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, maintaining clear communication and alignment across all parties. This helped to resolve any issues promptly and ensured that everyone involved was on the same page regarding expectations and progress. I was selected for this role due to my strong ability to perform under pressure, effectively coordinate multiple teams, and handle unforeseen challenges, which ensured the smooth and successful progression of the project.

I initially joined as a Junior Project Manager, where I was responsible for supporting the overall project execution and assisting senior managers in coordinating tasks. Over time, I gradually took on greater responsibilities, transitioning into the roles of Site Manager and Logistics Manager. In these roles, I led meetings with clients, subcontractors, and various trades, ensuring smooth project execution and effective planning of activities. My role involved proactively addressing challenges, maintaining a high level of organization, and ensuring clear communication across all teams.

I was responsible for supervising subcontractors, coordinating installation operations, and ensuring the highest quality standards were met. Additionally, I managed material logistics in close collaboration with the procurement and technical departments, ensuring that materials were delivered on time and in accordance with project requirements. As the project progressed, I began taking on a more leadership-driven role, stepping up to handle not only the day-to-day management but also overseeing the broader scope of the project. By the final phase, I was responsible for near-complete project management, ensuring all aspects of the project were aligned and on track for successful delivery.
