Receptionist
-Reception of guests, data recording, room allocation and electronic transmission of the accommodation tickets.
-Correct application of check-in and check-out procedures.
-Recording of customer data through the [Software] management system and updating information in case of changes and cancellations.
-Maintenance of order and cleaning of the reception area and optimization of spaces through the correct arrangement of documents and work tools.
-Back office activities, preparation and issue of invoices, control of receipts and performance of accounting functions.
-Preparation of invoices and payment receipts, recording of daily receipts and keeping of accounting records.
-Reservation of parking spaces and ancillary services for customers.
-Cooperation in the reordering and cleaning of the work station, organization and arrangement of information material.
-Relations and communications with travel agencies, tour operators and customer companies.
-Troubleshooting faults and failures detected by customers by contacting maintenance personnel promptly.
-Planning and organization of supply processes and inventory management.
-Reception of guests arriving at the reception by checking in.
-Customer support by providing the information necessary for the use of the hotel's services.
-Collection of reports of faults or technical problems in the chambers.
-Allocation of rooms booked by guests and delivery of keys.
-Reception and assistance to groups of guests during events or conferences.
-Verification of the identity of guests by recording data and documents according to regulations.
-Organization of shuttle services, taxis or other types of transport for guests.
-Manage your reservations by assigning the rooms available through the manager.
