My internship tasks can be divided into two parts:

Prior to the conference:

• Interacted with participants by phone, email, or in-person to provide information.
• Organizing timetable, subgroups, and payment methods through Oxford Abstract
• Provided reporting for forecast analysis and ad-hoc reporting in support of decision-making.

During the conference:

• Coordinating conference inside rooms and work of other volunteers.
• Explored new technologies and approaches to streamline processes.
• Collaborated with senior management on new initiatives to build confidence.

• Assisted with special events and programs.
• Supported engaging, fun, and smooth-running events by helping with organization and planning.
• Intervened in crisis situations to obtain support for forum's attendees and participants and reduce escalation or recurrence risks.
• Kept case files updated, accurate and aligned with requirements.
• Provided administrative support to department leads to help organize events and fundraisers.
• Represented organization positively and professionally while providing community with much-needed services.
