Since March 2024 I have been working as a flight attendant for Ryanair Malta Air.
This job has put me in touch with foreign languages that I previously studied. Being an international company, the first language is English, but I have deepened my knowledge of French and German. I have done
a six-week training course about the first aid, emergency evacuations, service and catering, reception and
customer management. I passed all three exams related to:

• Boeing 737-800 and Boeing 737-8200 structure
• First Aid procedures and tools
• Sales and catering service

This job is still teaching me the approach with the customer and above all:

• Assistance and reception
• Care for comfort and well-being

The approach with foreign languages is a daily and fundamental event, considering that our routes are:

• English
• Irish
• German
• Spanish
• Portguese
• Finnish

As a flight attendant, I take care of passenger safety as:

• First Aid and procedures
• Collaboration with staff to ensure a safe evironment on board and on the ground

Our company offers a bar service and contactless payments on board, more precisley:

• Hot meals
• Sandwiches and snacks
• Hot drinks
• Alcholic baverages
• Duty free (cosmetics, perfumes, tobacco)
  

FAI (Foundation Italian Environment) is an Italian charitable foundation that aims to protect the assets of the cultural aspects of our country.
Monuments, works and palaces are rediscovered and they can be restored and reopened to the public thanks to this foundation.
Being part of this foundation gives the opportunity to be in touch with art and increasing the turism in Italy.
I have been supporting this foundation for more than one year and I appreciate the willingness of each
volunteer to enhance artistic beauties.

I consider myself a person with great sensitivity towards children. For almost two years I volunteered in the municipal library of my town,reading tales for the little ones by entertaining them on Saturday and Sunday mornings. This experience taught me to have patience, to listen and to know how to managing an early audience.
