Summary

My role as a Project Manager is to ensure the overall successful execution of the social media campaigns. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, meticulous planning, and effective team coordination to deliver high-quality results that meet client objectives. My role is the key liaison between the client and the agency's internal teams, responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

While, having also worked as a Strategic Planner, with 6 years of experience, I know how to create social reports, analyze markets and advertisements to gather relevant qualitative and quantitative information in order to identify which are the direct competitors and the way they deliver their message. I constantly research and gather data in order to develop well-informed strategic plans: I analyze the target, understand its behavior and identify the best and most effective media. I also examen the clients’ businesses to get to know their brands and understand their objectives. I closely follow the clients' brief when handed out, to truly understand and fulfill which ever the needs are, but at the same time I have the ability to propose the best solution, even if not required, also, in quality of a consultant. I have the ability to think beyond a project. I'm a fast problem solver. Timing is crucial: I always deliver my work in time.
