Assistance to buyers and sellers, in relation to the acquisition of real estate properties belonging to different asset classes (hotel, healthcare and hospital, industrial, commercial, logistics); legal due diligence activities, drafting, negotiation and revision of pre-contractual (LOI, MoU, term-sheets, NBO...) and contractual (BO, PSPA,SPA, lease agreements, framework agreements) documents, both in the context of asset deal and share deal. Legal opinions on real estate law, management of the business relationship with the client and assistance to the closing activities.

Drafting, assisting in the negotiation of sale and purchase agreements, lease and procurement contracts, NDAs and general conditions of sale; assisting associates with management of Alternative Dispute Resolution proceedings and litigation in relation to breach of private and public procurement contracts in the property maintenance and public plumbing system for the contracting Authority MM S.p.A.

Assisting the COO with negotiation and drafting of business agreements and of technical reports for new hospital units construction and renovation.

Drafting of procedural documents and legal opinions in relation to civil liability and commercial law, reviewing commercial agreements.
