I 'm Turin's office Manager supervising the Nord Ovest Area. I manage a team of 4 people with those activities:

• Defining Job Description and Job Profile
• Recruitment process
• Supporting clients in branding strategies for Talent Acquisition
• Advising the client in the definition of an appealing job offer.
• Develop client portfolio, delivering tailor-made client solutions.
• Managing negotiations and ensure commercial follow up
• Resources coordination at 360° (day by day activity, growth strategy, P&L)
  
  

Reporting to General Management, I am in charge of business development throughout the territory, oriented to medium/large companies, for personnel administration, selection and training services. I am point of reference for the Branches involved, organize delivery and follow up on the client. I maintain responsibility for the Northwest area, through the coordination of 3 Branches.

I am in charge of coordinating 3 Branches and 10 people for the sale of administration and recruitment services.
I support the network to achieve assigned budgets. I manage complex sales projects, coordinating delivery and cross selling activities.

Responsible for budget and business development for staffing and recruitment services. Management, planning and coordination of staff for delivery and cross selling activities.
HR consulting, analysis and identification of client needs.

- HR Specialist: personnel selection and administration officer: study of collective bargaining agreements and management of commercial quotations, study of labor costs, OTJ and vocational training course activations, ANF forms and deductions, sickness and maternity, I.N.A.I.L. communications, uploading of hours to management. Personnel Selection Officer: resume screening, structured selection interviews, group assestment.
- Corporate Account: Management and implementation of business relationships with corporate clients. Evaluation of framework agreements, resource management No. 2 for personnel administration and selection activities. (Turin)
