Stefano Francolini

In the work experiences I have had over the years, I have improved my technical knowledge and my relational skills, increased my learning ability and broadened my interest towards more areas and work fields. I feel a strong motivation and follow a methodical approach to work, which has always made me feel at ease in every new work situation. This comes from the years of study and the challenges I still face. I believe that a resilient attitude and good relationships in the workplace are a source of gratitude and drive for greater achievement.
