I managed the transaction of BIOPLASTICS Packaging in conformity at the Italian rules (oblage started in Italy in Jan 2011).

I worked as COO managing the transiction of the biggest Italian retailers (ex. Carrefour, Coop, Conad, Leclerc, Lidl, Penny Market & others) from the traditional plastics to bioplastics, managing the relationship with the customers, coordinating the sales activities and reporting at the shareholders.

As Group Financial Controller, I have developed an internal software to control production costs, verify and support sales with all necessary statistics, verify margin and P&L for each singol product and Business Unit;

I created an internal reporting system;

I introduced standard internal controls for all the companies part of the group.

In these years I lived the transition from traditional plastics to bioplastics and I gained knowledge about the different plastics material.

As a delegate for the development of the southern Italian market, I followed the opening of two sales offices in southern Italy (Caserta and Bari) to expand the activities in the South of Italy;

I managed a local sales force with more than twenty agents in the local market to improve the sales at detailed level;
