I managed the transaction of BIOPLASTICS Packaging in conformity at the Italian rules (oblage started in Italy in Jan 2011).

Carrefour, Coop, Conad, Leclerc, Lidl, Penny Market & others) from the traditional plastics to bioplastics, managing the relationship with the customers, coordinating the sales activities and reporting at the shareholders.
As Group Financial Controller, I have developed an internal software to control production costs, verify and support sales with all necessary statistics, verify margin and P&L for each singol product and Business Unit;
I created an internal reporting system;
