Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, i coordinate 33 technicians to release to service Dynamic Systems (main gear boxes , tail gear boxes ) of the Agusta Westland products and licenses for civil and military type of helicopters

• Key responsibilities:
• I manage the complete overhaul process coordinating with :Maintenance Engineering ,Planning , Quality Control,Test Bench and Painting managers
• I'm the responsible of date of the Deliveries
• Ohsas ISO 18001 and 14001
• KPI ‘s
• Planning national and international Working party for helicopters in AOG
• Capex and investment control
• Managed continuous improvement initiatives to drive gains in quality, flow, and output.

Maintenance Engineering

• Repair and Overhaul (R & O) Dynamic System certified part.145 (3rd and 4th level)
• Workshop Technical Documentation management (AW109 and AW139) concerning disassembly, inspection (visual, dimensional and N.D.I not destructive inspection),
• repair (casing and gears),reassembly
• Improvement and editing of technical office operating procedure
• Training on the Job on the drafting and document management in the
• R & O of Cascina Costa and R & O AAS facility (Agusta Aerospace Service) in Zaventem (Belgium) for the insertion of the same method used in Cascina Costa (VA)
• Maintenance workshop application improvement of CAPP (Computer Aided Process Planning ) collaborating with Industrial Engineering and ICT
• Training and improvement for the application software in the R & O facility in Frosinone
• Interactive Electronic Technical Publication improvement about the AW109 series and AW139 helicopters
• Interface with design Organization Authority to rework a components if they're not applicable in the present manual and the Maintenance Data available.
• Collaboration and survey for the creation of training documentation for the customer with the Training Academy in Sesto Calende
• Maintenance configuration management with the planning office according to the applicable manuals to the quality rejects during inspection after disassembly and application of Technical / Bulletins AD (Airworthiness Directive)
• Capex and investment management
