coworking space and incubator (Silicon Valley)
c. Hong Kong: HKPT incubator (remote activities during the
pandemic)
2. Rebranding the project from “1clickfashion” to “Younifeed”
(positioning, naming, and key messaging).
3. Developing, updating, and reviewing the Business Plan
(objectives, business model, projections, and priorities).
4. Designing and writing online marketing campaigns on
Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram to increase awareness and
engagement.
5. Designing and executing email marketing campaigns (Mailgun,
Stripo) to improve awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
6. Creating and managing surveys with SurveyMonkey for
demand/supply analysis and market validation.
