- Currently I'm responsible for the commercial business of three companies of the group: Olsa Italy, Olsa France and Olsa USA
- My role is to coordinate the business activities of 5 sales managers, 4 proposal engineers and 53 representative agencies distributed worldwide, promoting the sales of process equipment and turn-key plants for the biotech, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical, food industries.
- The task is to monitor the overhead of previously acquired business, develop new markets in emerging countries, by selecting representative agencies and scheduling regular visits, as well as organizing seminars, presentations and participating in international exhibitions

- From 2002 to the end of 2003 I was hired as manager of a processing and packaging departments producing deodorants and toiletries for the most important customer, Procter & Gamble.
- From 2004 to November 2006 I was promoted as process engineer, my tasks were to engineer new products in the making department, for all the clients mentioned above, optimizing the processes, guaranteeing the highest quality standards following the multinational requirements.
