• Ensure the proper execution of work in compliance with the defined specifications in the RFQ
• Management of a team of 3 people: Execution Controller / Designer.

• Responsible for the schedule and alert the project manager of any risks and deviations.
• Leading site meetings and writing meeting minutes.
• Managing coactivity in work zones.
• Identifying additional intervention needs and presenting them to the project manager.
• Ensuring safety and proper site conditions.
• Organizing regular site visits with the client, companies, and visitors.
• Identifying critical interventions, validating operating procedures, and analyzing associated risks.
• Participating in the creation of the commissioning report with the project manager and the operations team.

• Responsible for the coordination studies during the execution phase.
• Site coordination and conflict resolution on-site.
• On-site execution control of various technical trades: HVAC / WEST / WATER / ELEC / CLEAN ROOM.
• Management of a team of 3 people: Execution Controller / Designer.
• Writing of execution reports.

• Modelisation of 3D model.
• Creation of P&IDs and schematic diagrams.
• Monitoring and participation in coordination studies
• On-site execution control

Participation in site execution:

• Writing product datasheets for validation by the Project Management Office (MOE).
• Writing HVAC / Plumbing calculation notes.
• Technical drawings in AutoCAD: P&ID / Schematic diagrams.
• Consultations and orders to subcontractors.
• On-site project monitoring.

Participation in cost estimation:

• Technico-economic feasibility analysis.
• Participation in the drafting of the DPGF (Detailed Breakdown of Unit Prices).
