Dreamers Factory is a holding we founded in Milan in October 2020 that operates as an incubator of talents in the Fashion and creative field. The first acquisition we made was the brand Ann Demeulemeester with the intent to reposition and relaunch this historical fashion house, part of the original Antwerp 6 group that strongly conditioned the aesthetics of the early 80's and the fashion designers of today. In the first quarter of 2021 we launched our second project, the brand 44 Label Group, a streetwear collection fruit of the collaboration with a leading group of International DJ's lead by Max Kobosil and Matteo Milleri of Tale of Us and After Life. Dreamers factory is currently composed by 60 people divided in Creative, Design, Commercial, Financial, Digital, PR and Marketing, Customer Service, Production, Product and Pattern Development ecc.

Antonioli Group was founded in Milan in 1987 by Claudio Antonioli. Its main focus is on multibrand retail with a network of 9 phisical stores in 3 countries and a leading Worldwide ecommerce platform representing around 220 brands among the most important luxury and avant garde names in the market. Antonioli Group is internationally recongnized for scouting and discovering new trends and talents and is generally considered an opinion leader in the fashion field. The group is also active in Real Estate, Nightlife and Charity. We are now also expanding into F&B and Accomodation, The staff is currently composed of 120 people.

In charge of the worldwide development of all the brands of the group both through the Retail and Wholesale channels reporting directly to the President and CEO. Mainly focused on Neil Barrett main line in particular the men's collections that generated approximately 80% of the total business. I was also in charge of the woman's, accessories and Black Barrett activewear divisions taking these business units back in direct control from previous agreements with agents and distributors. Also in charge of the Neil Barrett kids line that was a very profitable venture since its first collection in 2018. Overall I was managing 500 wholesale accounts worldwide, 33 Franchising boutiques and 2 direct retail operations and our ecommerce platform with a staff of approximately 45 people generating a yearly revenue of 100 milion euros. Most recent projects delivered prior to my exit were 2 new shop in shops in Harrods London and Harvey Nichols Dubai as part of a roll out plan of other 5 new doors in 2020. I was also in charge of developing new business opportunities for the brand through licences and collaborations (Puma, Durex, Li Ning ecc)
