• Worked in a project focused on Article 80 certification and Poste Italiane qualification processes, with the aim to digitalize/re-engineer activities flows in the headquarter in Cremona and in the branch office in Rome.

• Interviews with different roles in the food processing supply chain
• Creation of 28 Job Descriptions based on the interviews conducted
• Full Time Equivalent reduction in Vehicles Function Department by using A3 Problem Solving approach
• Led cross-functional team to evaluate a proposal about the use of drones to estimate poultry weight throught thermic vision cameras

Utilized the A3 template and Lean Management/Six Sigma tools to analyze issues and propose improvements for Sardinia, Fiumicino, and Milano Malpensa clusters.
