I work in the Emergency Department, sub-intensive care unit and extrahospital-emergency service. The hospital is a first level trauma center and the bigger hospital of the area. We constantly retrained us, using simulations, clinical case discussion and seminaries. I improved my experience in in trauma patient, shock room supervision and global patient's management.
