Collaborated with Italian Emergency Schools of Specialty and EM Physicians identifying training needs and designing tailored solutions for maximum impact.

Low intensity codes management 32 h/month at the ED of IRCCS Fondazione Policlinico San Matteo.

The Module Exercises (MODEX) are financed by the Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (DG ECHO) and are part of a series of exercises within the EU Civil Protection Mechanism. The main objectives for the participants are to train self-sufficiency, interoperability, procedures, and coordination, as well as to use the exercise as a learning opportunity. CRIMEDIM is contributing with its expertise in training in the area of Emergency Medical Teams, creating the medical cases that are used during the exercises. EU MODEX provides Urban Search and Rescue Modules, Emergency Medical Teams and other Response Capacities the the chance to train staff preparedness for a deployment in the context of a full-scale exercise and also the opportunity for certification as European Emergency Response Capacity (EERC) and for classification or reclassification to meet international standards for deployments in disasters.

• Diagnosis and treatment of white and green code admitted to the ED of Sant'Andrea Hospital in Vercelli.
• Supporting the structured physician on duty in the management of yellow and red codes and in patients admitted to the OBI - Short Intensive Observation - and semintensive care unit of Sant'Andrea Hospital in Vercelli.
• Collaborated effectively and proactively with colleagues and superiors, working in full synergy with the team to the achievement of set goals.
  
  

- Diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic and acute diseases of Minor Codes admitted to the Emergency Department of San Luca Hospital in Lucca.

- Interviewing patients to assess their medical history, defining their clinical status and completing the examination.

- Prescription of laboratory tests and radiological examinations.

- Recommendation of specialist physicians and hospitalization for further investigation.

• Timely response to emergency situations by administering life-saving treatments and calling the Emergency Services.
• Open dialogue with patients on diseases, treatment plans as well as healthy lifestyle recommendations.
