I worked at La Capannina, an ice cream shop located in Port Douglas, to complete the 88 days of regional work needed to extend my visa. My responsibilities included managing by myself the front of the shop as an ice cream scooper, making coffee, and preparing other hot beverages. In the ice cream shop, I was responsible for serving ice cream, milkshakes, and hot beverages, as well as managing payments and cleaning the store. I always aimed to provide the best customer service possible, even under pressure.
