Manage the footprint project according to the company’s strategy. Supervise the production processes of the LPG supplier base internally.

Assessing the efficiency of the main supplier, monitoring the robustness of external production facilities (e.g., OEE, equipment effectiveness) and ensuring that production processes comply with safety, cost, punctuality and quality objectives.

Activities and responsibilities: Management of purchases of two large customers on the national territory with diverted stores throughout Italy. B2B and direct contacts with the customer.

Monitoring of the status of orders and updates of customers and sales on the progress of orders, implementation of changes in the management system, SAP. or processes based on new corporate policies, procedures and agreements. Availability Management: inventory stock levels: contacts with Planning Service Centers to establish productions and product introductions to ensure availability Sufficient product to meet customer demand without overstocking. Review customer orders for pricing, product and discount accuracy, ensuring completeness. Coordination with carriers for deliveries to ensure that products are delivered on time and in

good condition.

Customer and seller support : to place orders, managing requests and claims on products or services and providing order status updates. Provide customers with information about products or services that may be relevant to their needs.

Dedicated Project Management: sold-to-party monitoring of customers to identify issues in order to apply a win- win solution and ensure long and satisfactory relationships.

Management of dedicated promotions for customers, study of estimates, forecast verification, management of orders with PSC teams.

Data analysis: monitoring of shipping data, satisfaction for continuous improvement, creation and sharing of results.

Activities and responsibilities: Management and monitoring of the relationship between packaging materials and production machinery. Control of quality defects and technical specifications of the materials used in the production process.

Research, design and development: technical modifications of packaging materials or settings of packaging machines in order to improve the process and ensure the quality process release. Resolution of internal production flow and supplier problems.

Ensure compliance: of production processes according to current regulations and company policies.

Supplier Spoc: management and sending of complaints to suppliers, with the creation of dedicated action plans and periodically monitored directly with suppliers in order to eliminate problems already from the supplier's production process and ensure better quality and correctness of the internal production process, with IWS E2E methodology. Management of returns, storage conditions and credit notes with external and internal warehouse. SPOC for suppliers in technical, quality, laboratory, engineering, commercial and project teams for improvement with IWS methodology in order to apply Loss Elimination and continuous Quality improvement.

Technical Analysis: technical specifications of materials, physical samples with the use of specialized measuring instruments , technical drawings in CAD and TOPS.

Performance analysis and tracking : monitoring and control of production results due to external causes,
relating to the materials used in production. Management of reports to be shared with suppliers and plant management.

Project Coordinator : Management of budgets and timing of projects related to the innovation of specifications with suppliers of packing materials and process improvement projects. Coordination of Engineering projects with impact on production and materials. Coordination on the field of uploading of central R&D teams. Collaboration in the installation of new machinery and robotization and process automation projects. Risk assessment and processes of the production plant.

Execution of analyzes and tests : for the verification of processes. Tests in production and digital offline through systems. Strong specialization in test method and process control with the creation of specialized reporting, with use and control of job utilities of production machines. Creation of prototypes, online verification of production processes with creation and modification of operating procedures in relation to safety and quality requirements according to WW analysis process, aimed at continuous improvement of machine performance and PR.

Environmental Project : Coordination, collaboration and design of saving projects, sustainability, improvement projects in the use of materials for environmental sustainability and digitization projects for paperless.

Team activities : Management of team projects, continuous teamwork and coordination with production teams, technicians, suppliers, R&D, Engineering, Safety, Quality, PSC , national and International.

Activities and responsibilities: Head of store accountant, enabling cash operations , monetary

accounting management and consideration of the area of responsibility. Tracking and analysis of
daily administrative and accounting records. Support operations in other accounting stations of the Park. Withdrawals of orders from all areas of responsibility of the Park. Control and verification of daily

receipts. Team activities for the organization of the area of responsibility. Administrative support, collaboration for secretarial services, management of archives and databases.

Activities and responsibilities : Logistic Coordinator of the operational office of a transport and logistics company. Management of national, international and groupage transport. Management of collections-deliveries. Assistance and support customers and transport crew in order to manage deliveries in the required time. Transport management with transport flow optimization. Organization and management of distribution centers for the reception and sorting of goods. Monitoring of order deliveries to distribution centers and points of sale of deliveries made. Management of Claims of deliveries, shipments at a systematic level with outcome and verification of bubbles.
