• Perform month end closings by cost centers and by macro accounts, including Capex tracking and reconciliation.
• Perform detailed variance analysis vs PY and planning scenarios (budget and forecasts) focusing on variable costs (freight, labor, handling, storage) and fixed costs analyzed by performance package.
• Oversee cost allocation processes at product group level, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.

• lead budget and forecast processes of HQ OPEX (~10M€) in close cooperation with LSCM Department Heads and Project Leaders, enabling the LSCM Finance Lead to perform actual, forecast and budget reviews with high level management
• preparation of monthly LSCM Performance Package for LSCM HQ, analyze monthly financial results (Year to Date/Year to Go) and compare to forecast and prior year to explain variances; analysis by projects; analysis and consolidation of HQ Labor Cost
• oversee capital spending to ensure quality control and proper depreciation
• manage monthly closing process
• drive and optimize the monthly KPI’s dashboards and reporting across the Regions
• monitor and audit Inventory Adjustments across European Distribution Centers on monthly basis in compliance with LSCM policies.
• finish goods inventory scrapping verification and validation

· monthly reporting, variance analysis and storytelling on Procurement cost centers; support collecting main variances on LSCM cost centers to provide cost per ton sold analysis; high level analysis and storytelling on Finish Goods Inventory Actuals.

· execute financial planning process for Supply Chain and Procurement cost centers; analyze, validate and report them into LSCM/Finance budget consolidation systems

· own monthly closing process of Procurement: accruals review and approval; variance analysis on variances and performance review to management. Support Monthly Closing process of LSCM.

· monthly audit on Procurement Savings to provide one version of the truth on savings over 100k euro spenditure.

• drive and coordinate SAP X-flow users to ensure accurate timely costs accounting and closings in cooperation with Share Service Center
• support month end closing process and reconcile the month end accounts payable trial balance
• oversee the full accounting process, monitor aging account details for nonpayment/delayed payments and other irregularities to resolve accounting discrepancies and outstanding balance issues and prevent the possible gaps in the process flow
