Reporting to the Global HR Director and CEO, I lead the talent acquisition strategies across all units and divisions worldwide. My role involves employer branding, recruiting, developing talent pipelines, and managing TA analytics, with a particular focus on ATS implementation in the EU and US.

  • Managed recruitment budget of 1.2 million euros, resulting in 48% reduction in recruitment costs.
