1) INCENTIVE CALCULATION AND TARGETING PLAN HANDOVER : Project Owner for two complex and critical projects (Q1-Q2):
• Fully handover (from Local to LCCI-Incentive TEAM) for the Incentives Calculation (VOB, MBO, KICKERS)
• Fully Handover (from Local to GOSO-Sales Force Optimization TEAM) for Call Plan, T&P Process, Geo Brick Alignment, Employee Assignment Activities
2) BIOMED B.U. Consulting & Partnerships
3) NEUROSCIENCE B.U. Consulting & Partnerships:
• Alzheimer Disease: AD Ecosystem and Account Mapping (Q2 '23-still ongoing)
4) UPSKILLS:
• Lilly Badge Level 1 (Introduction to Brand Health, Brand Health Tools, Data Analytics for Business, Excel Fundamentals for Data Analysis, Data Analytics Methods for Marketing, Data Driven Decisions - Excel Skill Builder (Q1-Q4)
Samples Management' Subject Matter Expert for the Italian Affiliate and responsible of critical topics such as the monthly Scorecard, Inventory analysis, Samples Reporting, local procedure and Trainings about Ethical Interaction; I defined and built appropriate training approach, created and delivered all trainings materials, trained all Company's professionals involved in “Sample Management”, managing “remedial” lessons and ad hoc sessions for who needed to improve knowledge about Ethics & Compliance. POV for all Global Audits about Sampling, Collaboration with HR Dpt for investigation on Sampling rules violations
