Within the Iziwork Professionals team, I manage the entire search and selection process for specialized profiles, mainly in the Technical & Engineering and Sales fields, but also Administration, Finance, IT and Pharma. Specifically, I am responsible for:

• Drafting and publishing announcements on the main job posting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, InfoJobs, etc.);
• Territorial mapping of sought-after profiles and drafting of reports to be presented to clients;
• Candidate screening and active candidate search using LinkedIn Recruiter
  On the company's ATS database;
• Telephone interviews and video interviews with selected candidates, drafting reports of aligned profiles, and sending the short list to the client;
• Interfacing with clients to identify their staffing needs, support in drafting Job Descriptions and throughout the entire selection process up to the conclusion of the delivery process;
• Support to the business development team during meetings with new potential clients and elaboration of commercial offers;
• Multichannel active search for new potential clients and upselling activities on already acquired clients;
• Support to the company HR team in selection processes for internal placements and in the onboarding phase of selected candidates;
• On-the-job mentoring for new hires in the Iziwork Professionals team.

I supported the Head of Permanent Recruitment division of Iziwork Italy in managing selection processes for client companies and for internal team placements. Specifically, I was responsible for:

• Support to the Permanent Recruitment division manager for internal placements and in the onboarding phase.

I supported the Head of the Municipality's Human Resources Office in personnel management activities, with a particular focus on administrative duties:

• Payroll processing;
• Management of holidays, sick leave, and attendance records;
• Support in administrative-accounting activities.

I was involved in collecting, transcribing, and analyzing data related to various projects on measuring the level of pluralism in Italian media at the national level.
