Former Air Force Pilot, EASA ATPL(A) Flight instructor and Examiner, EASA CPL (H) and FAA ATP and Flight instructor, has been involved in flying since 1990 when aged sixteen began flying light airplanes. After completing secondary school set out on air force career, earning a place at the Italian Air Force Academy and undertaking all necessary training to become a Military Pilot. After gaining a degree at the Air Force Academy in Aerospace Science, was awarded a Military Pilot license by the USAF. While serving in various squadrons of the Italian Air Force, in 2005 gained a second master degree in Politics at Trieste University. In 2005 also began collaborating with a newly founded company Cirrus Italy, taking care of training and maintenance. In 2008 founded a startup company driving it to became first company in the country as Training organization. Training professional with extensive leadership experience in staff development, process and productivity improvements, performance management and curriculum design.
