Recent graduate with a Master’s degree in Management Engineering from the University of Cassino (UNICAS). My academic career, enhanced by internship experiences, has allowed me to develop expertise in data analysis, supply chain management, optimization of production processes, resource management, and sustainable innovation.
In my role as a Data Analyst during my internship at the LAGESII laboratory at the University of Cassino, in collaboration with Dublin City University, I studied the impact of generational differences on eco-innovation in Irish family businesses. Analyzing data provided by the universities, I explored how practices and policies of sustainable innovation differ across generations. This work enriched my ability to analyze and evaluate business dynamics, contributing to outlining pathways towards more sustainable operational practices. This experience has significantly strengthened my analytical skills applied to concrete business contexts.
During my internship as a Data Analyst at the LAGESII research laboratory at the University of Cassino, I engaged in an intense collaboration with manufacturing companies in the provinces of Frosinone and Latina. Using Mailchimp software, I designed and distributed questionnaires to collect data on corporate innovation policies. My primary role included the detailed analysis of these strategies to facilitate the optimization of business processes. This experience significantly honed my data analysis skills, effective management of significant volumes of information, and support for the development of strategic business decisions.
