Reporting to the Head of Planning & Control Dept.:

• Budgeting, forecasting and quarterly closing of P&L at Group and single Business line level.
• P&L variance analysis versus budget, prior year and business plans.
• Main Medobanca contact point to some Business lines such as Consumer Finance, Leasing & Factoring.
• Participation in the 3Y business plan process.
• Member of Cost management & control team, budgeting, forecasting and monitoring Labor costs and administrative expenses.
• Production of reporting and PowerPoint presentations for Management and the Board of Directors.
• Ad-hoc analysis for Management such as Cost/Income and 5Y business performance benchmark analysis vs competitors.
• Periodical participation in meetings with regulators (JST, Single resolution Board) and production of requested reporting.
• Management of the entire process of recharging subsidiary companies for the central services provided by the parent company.
• Implementation, in conjunction with a software house, of a group data repository tool that collects all the main data of the individual group entities such as P&L, Net New Money and AUM&AUA for Wealth Management, New Loans and loans stock for Consumer Finance, fees details and Asset& Liabilities.
• Senior Financial Controller reporting to the Head of Mediobanca Group’s Planning and Control dept.

Reporting directly to the CFO:

• Budgeting, forecasting and monthly closing for consolidated income statement along with individual sub-companies.
• P&L variance analysis versus budget, prior year and business plans.
• Revenues analysis.
• Main contact for P&C reporting to Shareholders (Mediobanca SpA and Mediolanum SpA).
• Participation in the 3Y business plan process.
• Cost management & control, budgeting, forecasting and monitoring Labor costs and administrative expenses working alongside cost responsibility areas.
• Production of reporting and PowerPoint presentations for Management and the Board of Directors.
• Ad-hoc and what-if analysis for Management such as business combinations and pricing changes.
• Development and production P&L for Bank branches, commercial Areas and Business Lines for profitability analysis, also used to calculate private bankers variable remuneration.
• Sap development and procedural integration for cost and expenditure management with implementation of a new Purchasing Cycle Management for all the companies of the Group and defining the new procedure for expenditure management.
• Managed the whole cycle together with cost responsibility areas.
• Quarterly costs detail reporting.
• Assessment and management of inter-company relationships, for both central services and fees, in order to optimize the economic and fiscal impacts.
• Participation to the implementation of SAS Financial Management as Management control software.
• Leading next phases of SAS software in order to obtain analysis of different dimensions of the business.
• Implementation of the SAP application for proper accounting of cost centres.
• Accounting supervisor for Duemme Capital Ltd a financial consultancy firm based in London, managing relationship with accounting outsourcer, tax advisor, payroll agent and in charge of preparation of Financial Statements.
• Leading relation with FCA to obtain authorizations to operate in the UK.
• FCA Reporting.
• Accounting responsible of Duemme Servizi Fiduciari SpA in charge of the whole accounting process, Financial statements preparation included.
• Senior Controller reporting to the CFO of the Group.
