I am a hard worker that is skilled at adapting to any situation. I am a seasoned multitasker and I react quickly to developing situations. I love being in the Command, Control, and Communications career field and I'm passionate about the mission that it supports. I hope to continue on this career path, and I look forward to hearing from you.
My career choice in the Air Force is dependent on an individual’s ability to communicate For the last 12 years I have been working in various nerve centers for the bases I was stationed on This requires a high level of communication abilities as I could be talking to ten different agencies about a situation and each one can relate in a different way Quickly determining how an individual communicates, and adapting to that is a skill set that I have developed from my time in the Air Force
The Air Force has moved me five times in the last 12 years, with three of those moves being in Europe Each time, I effectively had to learn an entirely new aspect of my career and this allowed me to develop an ability to adapt to changing situations quickly
I have extensive knowledge and use of the AMC planning and tracking software: Global Decision Support System (GDSS)
In 2022 I finalized the development of a new Command and Control training curriculum that culminated in being recognized as the 1st and 2nd quarter Noncommissioned officer of the Quarter for my organization. The curriculum moved away from older techniques that relied on closed book testing, and moved to a more hands on practical evaluation system.
