I am responsible for HR projects, processes and policies in collaboration with global team
Create and develop strategies and roadmaps for strategic programs across the HR function
Manage and support the design and rollout of new HR programs, projects, policies, and approaches
Reviews and scrutinizes employee resourcing, compensation, employee development, training and succession plans, providing recommendations that will enhance performance and provide added value to the individual and the company
Responsible for development, execution, and management of internal communications programs that strengthen employee engagement and ensure alignment with global business goals
Lead the annual salary review process to ensure relevant market benchmarking and internal consistency
Develop strong relationships with employees and become someone who is sought for advice and counsel on HR, cultural, and organizational issues
Analyzing all processes and create new process maps for organization

Outsourcing payroll (from full in house to outsource supplier)
