Antonio Simonetti

Fifth-year Law student at LUISS Guido Carli and LL.M. candidate in European Law at Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, selected for the Double Degree Program. My academic path combines comparative and interdisciplinary perspectives on criminal procedure, victims' protection, and fundamental rights in Europe. Through internships, civic legal education projects, and international training programs, I have developed a strong foundation in legal research, analytical reasoning, and empirical methods. I am particularly interested in the intersection between law, psychology, and human rights, with a focus on procedural safeguards and access to justice for vulnerable individuals.
