• Personnel development: I verify, legitimize and supervise the professional growth paths of the HQ and sales network HR
• Training: I supervise the technical training of the HQ and sales network HR in direct collaboration with the respective managers involved; I'm responsible for the Training Project of the new Store Managers; provision of training plans through specialized funds.

• Staff development: I supervise and follow the system of performance management applied to the first and second lines of management.

• Staff administration: attendance collection, sick leaves and absenteeism data processing, hiring, extensions, terminations and transformations of employment relationships
• Entering authorizations for construction sites located on the national territory for our main Client
• Personnel management: job disputes, constant relationship with the workers for procedural needs and clarifications on the organization official rule, shifts and overtime
• Individual feedback, evaluation and motivational interviews for blue and with collars.

• Advanced management training projects - I design and execute training courses and skill analysis and evaluation

Goals: more than 1000 hours of teaching for directors,managers and middle managers and at least 100 designed training for our client companies

Goals: 2 managed projects of organization re-engineering and people evaluation (building construction industry and labour administration industry) and 1 project of PMS implementation in the public transportation industry.
