Hobbies and Interests

  • Natural Bodybuilding: Since 2018 I have been practicing natural bodybuilding at a competitive level. I participated in several competitions at a national level, also winning both the Italian N.B.B.U.I. Bodybuilding Championship 2019 (Rome) in the Beauty Woman category and the Southern Italian Grand Slam N.B.B.U.I. Bodybuilding Championship 2019 (Bari) in the Bikini Woman category.
  • Dance: I learned ballet, modern, contemporary, jazz, ballroom and hip-hop dance for 16 years at Artinscena Academy - Italy. I took aerial dance, musical theater and dance theater courses. I have participated in numerous dance workshops, held by internationally renowned teachers; in particular, within the WDM (World Dance Movement) Competition, I won four scholarships. I successfully took the ISTD exams for the Intermediate Foundation and Intermediate levels to obtain the qualification to teach the artistic discipline.
  • Jazz Singing and Songwriting: I studied jazz singing for 2 years, focusing on improvisation, phrasing, and interpretation techniques. I also collaborated as a lyricist as co-founder with Alan Palmieri of TheEXSS, resulting in the release of the single "Victorious - Out of Sound Mix" with Sony Music.
