I am responsible for analyzing market trends, category performance, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities across different distribution channels. I monitor sell-in and sell-out performance and analyze commercial data to support category strategies and business decisions, focusing on key KPIs such as sales volumes, turnover, weighted distribution and promotional effectiveness.
In collaboration with the Customer Marketing team, I support the optimization of product positioning at the point of sale through the development and maintenance of planograms, ensuring effective assortment management and in-store execution.
