The role of Chaf De Rang consisted of:

• Preparation of the mise en place and attention to aesthetic details.
• Welcoming customers, illustrating the menu and displaying the items characteristics of the dishes.
• Taking orders and delivering orders to kitchen staff.
• Preparation and table service of drinks and beverages based on quantity requested by the customer.
• Demonstration of polite and professional behavior in
  towards customers in order to encourage requests for information e orders.

My responsibilities as a bartender consisted:

• Preparation and administration of coffee products and drinks to the counter and at the table.
• Cleaning and tidying up of the room when the room closes.
• Cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and work surfaces.
• Cleaning of coffee machines, bar equipment and counter area.

I worked as a waitress in Corsica, basically my duties
the main ones were:

• Table service with speed, courtesy and precision.
• Support for the dining room team and constant collaboration with the kitchen for guarantee a quick and quality service.
• Clearing tables and cleaning the room.
• Setting up the mise en place.
• Knowledge of hygiene - health and safety standards at work.
