my name is Lorenzo Bianchi, and I attend a hospitality school with dedication and determination.

Cooking is not just a passion for me, it is part of who I am, my DNA. Every dish is an expression of creativity and commitment, and I wish to enrich my knowledge through new experiences and cultures.

The Erasmus program in Ireland represents an extraordinary opportunity for me to grow both professionally and personally. Working in an international environment will allow me to discover new techniques, ingredients, and traditions, expanding my vision of cooking. At the same time, living abroad will be a challenge that will help me become more independent, flexible, and open to new experiences.

I am ready to challenge myself, face new obstacles, and learn from each experience. For me, this Erasmus is not just a trip but an investment for the future!
