Hi, i'm Margherita from Italy a determined waitress with approximately 4 years of experience serving restaurant and hotel customers, and previous expiriencies babysitting children aged 4 to 8.

Highly motivated and eager to learn new skills and easily adaptable to the environment.

Cheerful when welcoming customers, as well as when providing service and handling special requests.

Open-minded and sociable, inclined to work in a team and determined to engage in clear, mature, direct and professional dialogue on work matters and with clients, colleagues and superiors.

In 2022, I took part in a six-month cultural exchange programme in La Serena, Chile. In addition to learning Castilian Spanish, I learned social skills and how to adapt to new contexts, as well as the value of willpower. I internalised the fundamental importance of sincerity and calm, clear and direct dialogue as the only solution toany discussion or misunderstanding.

Thanks to this experience, I value the balance between mindfulness and commitment, between sociability and independence.

Between march and june 2025 I took a solo trip in two stages, first to France and then to Portugal, where I worked as a volunteer in exchange for room and board on projects related to sustainability, using methods such as off-grid living and permaculture.

I had the opportunity to learn such important and lost practices connected to nature, while enjoyng the company of those who hosted me, in a fair and pleasant working environment. With this in mind, our relationship has gone beyond that of employer and employee, and we are still in contact.
