• Preparation of contracts for new hires
• Administrative management of personnel (collection of time sheets, tracking of holidays/leave/smart working and remote working)
• Support to the Project Coordinator during CV prescreening, including preparation of related reports and archiving of collected material
• Sending pay slips received from the Payroll Office to employees
• Payment of severance indemnity (TFR) to the relevant pension fund
• Drafting and sharing of documentation related to training and orientation plans with Training Institutions, Universities, and Technical Schools
• Support to the Project Coordinator in organizing internal and external training (course registration, file completion, and archiving of issued certificates)
