Activity of Adoption and Change Management for the innovative and digital projects of our whole Group, aimed to put our Doctors, Clinicians and Surgeons to interact with their Patients in the most effective way. Activity of coordinating and leading CEOs and COOs of all our Hospitals towards the objective to have a innovative digital platform to exchange health information addressing in the best way the Patient health need.

The position requires strong leadership with Executives, deep knowledge of the health domain and skill to translate innovation in Company daily processes.

Reporting to Chairman of Innovation and Digitalization.

Coordination of Business Development domain of the Group, matching market needs and embedded innovation to enforce and increase the level of service released to our Patients.

Negotiation of corporate agreements with Companies and Insurances enabling dedicated health pathways (inPatients and OutPatients).

Reporting to the CEO Group.

Coordination of the Unit aimed to scout, identify, negotiate and managing third parties contributions to institutional research, both by sponsored research agreements and donations by fund raising.

Internal scouting of Group needs, in terms of tangible equipment or financial contributions to confer value to research projects with the aim to drive them to the Patient bedside.

Consequent definition of budget needs.

Reporting to Group Chairman.

Coordination of the Unit focused on negotiation and initialization of the research agreements, both Consortium Agreements regulating institutional funding (by European Commission, Public Agencies, Ministries, etc.) for research Consortia or Sponsored Research Agreements negotiated and activated one-to-one with Pharma and Biotech Companies.

Reporting to Research General Manager.

Project Manager on Research Projects mainly focused on ICT for Health.

Deputy Project Manager in 6th and 7th European Commission Framework Programme Projects having San Raffaele Hospital as Coordinator.

Involvement in European Companies-Academia Consortia.

Residency in Brussels.
