Assists and advises the Department in all matters pertaining to the health, the safety and the security of personnel, the safeguarding of equipment and the preservation of the environment.
Liaises with company on HSE matters and represents the HSE function at meetings as required. Develop, manage and maintain the Integrated management system (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001:2015) for main office and for all subsidiaries. Responsible for subsidiaries ISO certifications.
Provide regular and clearly communicated reports and analysis on quality performance and KPIs to the whole project team, and support the team in meeting targets and continuous improvement (i.e. NCRs, ITPs, Handover).

Supervisor for general site inspection and choice of the best ground investigation methods, usually represented by conventional site investigation techniques (rotary drilling, in situ dynamic and static probing), installations of piezometers, geotechnical laboratory (Atterberg limits, Dispersion tests, Density tests, Particle size analysis, Compaction, Consolidation and Compressive strength, Triaxial permeability, shear box) and field and laboratory soil permeability determination.
