- Head of BU reporting to COO of the Group

- Management of MBE’s operations in Italy, including full accountability for the BU’s P&L (which contributes 40% of Group’s EBITDA)

- Responsible for MBE strategy implementation in the country (including M&A activities) while coordinating a Leadership Team (seven direct reports) overseeing different functions (Business Development, Sales & Ops, Finance, Marketing, People, IT, Learning & Development)
