Company description: Chef de rang and Assistant Maitre, with experience in haute cuisine and luxury hotels. I worked at the Lefay resort Spa Lake Garda for 4 years. In the last 3 years I have taken care of the Gramen Restaurant, the gourmet restaurant of the resort as Chef de Rang and Assistant Maitre.
In addition to working in haute cuisine, I am able to work in various roles in hotels (Assistant Maitre, Chef de rang and Room Service).
